I believe that increasing one’s strength and mobility will positively affect ANYONE, no matter what their goals or abilities are.

There are many scientifically and not-scientifically based ways to approach health and fitness, but not all of them are going to leave you feeling confident and fulfilled.

The ways in which I have found success with clients include steps:


Step 1

Identify Your Health Values

Everyone has different goals and priorities in life. Some people want to be able to always have their abs clearly defined, where many others just want to be able to participate in their day to day life without pain or struggle. Also, some people love routine and sameness in their nutrition and movement, and other people CRAVE variety!

All of this is okay! Clarifying what’s important to you will help align your movement and lifestyle plans with who you are!


Step 2

Conduct A Physical Fitness Assessment

If you have trauma from doing physical assessments in elementary school, never fear! This is not the same :)

I find value in going through some basic human movement patterns with you and identifying if you have any imbalances, this will help to promote longevity and safety throughout your training time-so that you can confidently progress through your program knowing it is tailored TO you.

Explore the 4 Fitness Accelerators

Moving your body is advantageous for everyone, but to live a more vibrant and confident life and move towards your goals, other factors need to be looked at as well.

Nutrition, sleep, recovery, and stress all play a vital role in helping to ensure you get the most benefit from your workouts.


Step 4

Custom Design A Fitness and Lifestyle Program

This is where everything gets to come together! Using the knowledge of what your goals and individual preferences/needs are I will create a 6 week training cycle that is custom created to YOU.

I will help you to maximize results in a way that supports the rest of your life as well.


Step 5

Step Into Life With A New Sense of Confident YOU

When you know that your movement and lifestyle is created to fit with your life and values and you start seeing results from that, you will be ready to stand up taller and take up more space in this world!
